Well, I can tell you it is very difficult. I love to bake and cook savory
foods and often wish it were colder to encourage these activities. December
will be a good month for baking if the weather is cool and dry - so often
when we get a cool front the air becomes damp and it's just bone chill'n -
these are the days when we come inside to bake our sweet breads and cookies.
Not so good for fudge and divinity - have to wait for a cold, dry day.
