I hope this is good advice.  The Times has changed it's site and rules from 
time to time but anyone can link to the NYTimes.  You give some information, 
same as everywhere, you can make it up if you like, then establish a 
password.  You then link to the "Newstracker" service and ask for articles on 
subjects you like.  I have them send me the garden articles plus the Q&A 
which appears weekly.  This is done automatically, I do not have to search or 
ask.  Only difference between this the actual paper is the pix are not shown. 
 Also you get the articles one day later than purchasing a paper.  This is 
how it worked a few months ago.
