I think the Stearn book is published in the UK and what is here, already on 
used books sites, is the UK edition.  Timber Press must have some US rights.  
I have not seen this arrangement or at least I have not much understanding of 
it.  If you want the book it is around with a higher price tag for the UK 
edition.  Timber Press is a strange one to deal with.  You do not get the 
best information from them by an email.

This book is already listed on the half.com site.
