I have a lot of good left handed gloves and all the right hands have holes in
the fingers or palm, an ax broke when cleaning up a cut down branch of a
black walnut (it was the size of a small tree in its self)- Every year I try
to trim up the trees so they grow tall and let in as much light as possible.
The other ax lost its handle on a tree stump in the potting area in the
spring, an old oak tree that I have tripped over more than a few times.
I have two of the flat forks and they work real well for breaking up the beds
and removing shallow rooted plants. And Yes- the Hosta are what do in the
shovels (Peony too)
