I should remove the row with fear and trepidation.  Once the horseradish 
plant is in the ground, it owns that place.  It does not spread or seed but 
does not "move house" as other plants.  Whilst you are out there cussing when 
the new shoots appear through your new flowers you can write us the remedy,  
should you find one.
