    Just gave myself a Christmas gift. None of the local bookstores carry
this one consistently. Now I can have it on a regular basis right here at
home. Went for the full year. Have to be careful as there are at least 3
other titles I like to pick up that are published in England. Only locate
them when I am in a much larger city and goofing off before or after a
lecture I am to give.
