Yikes Claire! Get out your skis!
I agree 100% about the annoying forced cuteness of magazines of the Organic
Gardener ilk, there are several and it always seems like they are all written
by the same person. Yuk. Good ideas sometimes, obscured by the style.
My ideal magazine would show gorgeous color pictures of plants I can't grow
here and then have articles on how to grow them here! (by people who have done
it) All the magazines y'all have been discussing would have ads in the back
along with all the best nurseries. I would drop all my other subscriptions and
pay whatever it cost for this one! That might also leave more time for
gardening vs. reading.
