summer beauty

I was looking through the Bluestone catalog while the snow was falling
(it's all melted now though), dreaming of spring as usual ... and
noticed they are offering the Hydrangea Summer Beauty as a small shrub
start. I can't remember if there was a discussion on here about whether
it was okay for zone 5 or only for zone 6 and beyond like most of the
colorful mophead types ... Anybody grow this one?

Also, any great recommendations for new plants to watch for this coming
spring?
