Hi Rob,
No advice to offer, but think this sounds like an excellent suggestion,
charmed by the idea.
Suspect you will have a month or more gap between the daffodils and the
daylilies though, so you may need something to plug that. Tulip season
would do, but I'm sure you'll get better offers than that.
