Identify these plants?

Hi,
I have a few plants I'm trying to identify, I hope you can help me. One is a plant
called Japanese paper plant. The others are roses. One is a white single rose with
brown hairy hips. The other is orange with yellow on the back side of the petals.
It is probably a shrub rose and is not single. It makes orange hips. I make jelly
from both of them and every rose makes a hip.
