It may well be due to the season. You really can't fool Mother Nature
to a grand extent. I used to run 2,000 watts of HPS and Halide to fool
geraniums and the efforts weren't great.
Chances are, the plants are simply waiting for spring. Longer day
length, warmer temps.
I've never done leaf cuttings before and all my books reccommend
division.
Personally, I sent them to somebody I met here who does tissue culture.
