Heuchera leaf cuttings


I've been experimenting with leaf cuttings of some of the new Heuchera
varieties.  Root formation was pretty easy -- I simply stuck a leaf (with an
extended petiole) in a glass of water for a few weeks.  I then potted the
rooted cutting, but have yet to see any shoot developement (it's been two or
three weeks since potting).  Root developement continues (they're beginning
to poke through the holes in the bottom of the pot), but I am a little
concerned regarding the lack of any new shoot(s).

Any suggestions/experience?
