Re: Kniphofia






I have kniphofia tritoma.  When I dug up one, I saw the tuberous roots, but
also had about two that extended further into the soil and I didn't get all
of them (and the plant subsequently passed on to a greater garden).  One
reference book I have referred to the taproots of this plant -- I was
assuming that was what I saw.

Could be I was mistaken.  Wouldn't be the first time!
