I toss foxglove all the time - actually just shake the spent heads where
I'd like some to grow after I cut them down. Do same with Verbascum. I
have one that seeds all over the place..can't remember who it is right now,
but if typical of the family, yours ought to do the same. You will know
come spring:-)
