Al, I think the Tapien verbenas need more shade and moisture than the Temari
verbenas, at least that's what I discovered when I tried both. And they are
not as floriferous as the Temari, but they are very delicate and pretty. I
had Homestead winter over out here in Clermont County year before last when
we had the extremely mild winter, but they didn't come back last year, and
last year's new plantings don't look like they've made it back this year
either.
