Adenophera does well in shade? I LOVE this perennial! I have it in full
sun and it just thrives. The campanulas struggle in my humid summers, so
the adenopheras are the best substitute because they look exactly like the
taller varieties. Since this plant spreads by runners, I'm going to try a
piece in a shadier nook to see how it will do there.
I highly recommend this plant to anyone who loves the shape and hue of the
campanulas, but cannot grow them well in their regions. I give this plant
no extra coddling and it performs like a charm every year. It is quite
stunning with golden heliopsis.
I just wish it came in white, too.
