I need some more details since I've never done lilies in pots before. I
am a lily lover, and have a good collection that are in the beds.
I have a cast iron pot that measures about 24" +, I have 3 bulbs
ordered, and you say plant 15" deep.
now when you say add some coreopsis to the pot (which I think would be
pretty together)
does that mean that the cassablanca will take full sun, and another
thing I didn't know that the the caladiums would take full sun.
would the lily and coreopsis take part shade. I know the lily would,
but what about the coreopsis?
what about a combination of the cassablance (white) lily, pink or red
geranium, aspargus fern, and ivy, or vinca minor? all of those will
take sun.
I have 3 bulbs of the Lollypop Lily on order. (Asiatic Lily
"bicolored") that, needs some yellow with it, and some blue, don't you
think? I have another cast iron pot for those. I think a trailing
lantana, spiderworts and some ivy or vinca minor might do it.
anyone have other suggestions for a combination?
