Yellow conifers

I am trying to identify candidate conifers (and then find sources) that meet
these requirements:
yellow/gold
5b
part sun
8-12'
columner
prefer "soft," not required
use as a privacy screen
I've tentatively identified the following, but have spent 4 hours searching
the Internet today and not found a single one available in the trade:
Thuja occidentalis 'Barabits Gold, 'Yellow Ribbon,' 'Europe Gold.'
In addition, I am thinking in the back of this lot (our garage is on it),
where I also need some privacy screening, perhaps some very dark conifers
with a couple of these mixed into the foreground for continuity.
