Not sure I understand your request.  Are you asking about a catalog for 
mail-ordering perennials, or a magazine that will give you ideas of what you 
want to purchase?

I subscribe to and enjoy "Horticulture".  I find some plant I'd like to have 
in nearly every issue, and it lists sources for the featured plants.

Catalogs abound, and nearly everyone has a favorite mail-order source.  
Bluestone Perennials is one I like very much, although I haven't received 
their catalog the past few years.  Fairly small plants, but very nice 
prices.  And I've been delighted with the condition of plants I've ordered 
from them.
