For those of us who are anxiously awaiting spring (boy do I appreciate the
primulas blooming on my kitchen window sill right now) I heartily recommend
that you get out there and buy a copy of My Garden In Spring by E. A.
Bowles.
This is a wonderful little book by one of the most enjoyable garden writers
I've encountered. Makes me want to go out and start collecting species
crocus (oh wait, I already buy any I can find).
I'm waiting until the tulips poke through before I treat myself to My Garden
in Summer, just so I won't go through all his work too quickly.
