Hi Beth,Claire, Thanks for reminding me that deep red disappears from a distance. I rarely use red, and seem to have to relearn this each time I do. I really would prefer the color of Coreopsis Sweet Dreams, but I've heard that it can be invasive in a perennial border. However, I've not had problems with monarda or physostegia - they don't spread rampantly in my soil, and are easy to rip out if they wander beyond bounds. My soil is well-amended sandy, that I irrigate. So I wonder if I should be nervous about Sweet Dreams? Anyone with experience with this? Beth
I've had Sweet Dream for several years now - it seems almost tame so far, maybe it leaps this year!
