Iochroma and HELP

Last fall, I received 3 Iochroma plants from someone (Iowa, I think) with whom I I had traded a piece of Brugmansia. As I recall, they said that they had problems with getting them to bloom. One of the, a deep blue, is flowering for me now:

However, I shamefully admit that I didn't properly record the name of the individual from whom I received this. Can anyone help me out?
