Thea,
Create a new folder for 'Shade Gardens' or whatever name you prefer. Create a
new 'mail rule' on your tools option. The rule should dictate that for all
incoming mail, if the subject contains [SG] it should go directly to that
'Shade Gardens' folder you created. For some reason, the [SG] isn't appearing
in my subject line, yet my rule is still picking it up and putting it in the
file.
If this doesn't apply to your email program, consult with your ISP (Internet
Service Provider), and they may be able to work you through the steps.
I did this some time ago due to the volume of mail I received and it works
wonderfully. It hasn't missed a message since. You can create new folders to
help sort any large volume or specialized incoming mail. I even have created
folders for personal friends' mail since they like to send high volume
'Forwards'. I let my program sort my mail.
Hope this helps you. Believe me, it is so nice having all my 'plant' mails in
one neat place to look at all at once.

I wish someone would put perennials in the subject line of this list. It
would make it easier on some of us who get a lot of e-mail.
I would love to be planning my garden. Instead I am trying to get a
house reading to put on the market, so I can retire to Barkley Lake and
start a yard by scratch. The yard there is nothing but mowed weed patch.
It's going to be work -- but at least will keep me going in retirement.

Just checking to see if this list is still here!
So anyone still here? Head count time :)
And to keep it on topic, wondering what 'special can't
live without' plant everyone is looking for this
growing season.
And since my garden is still in winter stage and
planning for the season, also wondering what was the
most impressive plant you had last season....
