The smallest size gravel is the one I use. It comes in 50 lb. bags here at the
feed/farm store and is very cheap. fortunately they also put in the car for
you.
Staghnum moss, milled, is a different animal than the peat you are referring
to.
It is not decomposed, just dried and still retains its wound-healing
properties,remember, it was used to pack humans wounds and to keep them from
becoming infected. J
