It's a Bad Idea to inhale any fine particulates as these tend to get
stuck in the lungs for life. In small quantities, of course, this isn't
a problem, but in larger quantities... it's like a splinter, the
particles are foreign bodies, and the lung tissue can envelop and swell
around the particle. This goes for talcum powder, zinc powder, coal
dust, asbestos, etc. -- with the caveat that some substances can cause
mutation (cancer) beyond the "mere" physical damage they exert.
