Re: pawpaws, was honey bees

As I recall, the Paw Paw I tasted was almost like tasting a Mango. The
Garden Club of KY had a series for Gardening Consultants (simular to
Master Gardeners) and in the fruit class we tasted a "Hybrib" (sorry
don't remember the name). Any how, like I said it tasted like a mango.
Last spring while mushrooming, we ran into an area that was covered with
Paw Paws in bloom. They were beautiful to say the least, and no hint of
a smell. Almost dug one up,and can't remember why I didn't! None of us
knew what they were, and so it was even more fun identifying them. May
have to go back this spring and get a couple.
