Thank you for the info, Margaret.  I have about a dozen or so of them.
Raintree and the Olympic Peninsula are the same climate.  They are kind
of in the Cowlitz River basin which attracts nearly as much rain as does
the Olympic Mountains.
I'd bet that they grow them as seedlings in a greenhouse, or cold frame.
