Search Engines - Help!!

Good Day, Folks --
Sometime last year search engines were discussed.
Several good things were suggested.
But there was one that I have been using a lot and lost the link.
It is called Savvy Search.
Have any of you heard of it or, better yet, know how I can access it again?
