Thanks!  Have subscribed and hope to see it reach the volume of this list
soon.  We are more lurkers, as our experience as "beginners" is sometimes a
deterrent from posting to this group. We read and learn.  Thanks for all
the help we get here!

In the past we have had more experience with annuals, and this year we will
be doing about 50-50 of each. A lot of the perennials we thought looked
fabulous in catalogs did not perform well for us, and others we loved, so
now we will be concentrating on more of the ones which work for us. Also
have begun taking birdscaping into consideration in some of our planting
projects.

Perhaps we can contribute more to this list after we begin our next
gardening season......
