vendors who had been supplying Garden.com with plants and materials and who
Garden.com was not paying promptly for those services, promising "investment in
the future." Now there is no future, those growers and other suppliers are
left with nothing, and the Garden.com folk who made the hollow promises walk off
with a chunk of money from the sale to Burpee and Wal-Mart.
