Actually, no.  I think 'Gentsch's White' (something like that) stays
smallish (maybe max 10' with no pruning) AND most of them NEED to be
pruned to keep the colored (white or gold, lime green, whatever) NEW
growth coming.  Dwarfish conifers are big here in Oregon, with everyone
having smaller gardens these days.... I'm dying to do more homework on
them... someday.  Chris may have some good suggestions here -- or try
the woody plant list on mallorn?
