We don't mow by headlights anymore at this house!! My dear demented
husband was mowing the back pasture with the headlamps on his tractor
one evening. He then came inside with a very scared look on his face.
As well he should be scared when I found out he not only mowed down the
6' sapling I had planted out there but got the chicken wire fence that
was around it all tangled up in his mower blades!
The next morning he flips the tractor on it's side to get the chicken
wire off but didn't realize that all the oil ran out. He got back on
the tractor and you guessed it, promptly threw a rod, sending it
whizzing two inches by my head!!
After $600 for a new tractor engine guess who doesn't mow in the dark
anymore?
