There is another foot of new snow on the ground here, after 22 inches on
Christmas. When we bought our house in the Poconos we were told that a
typical winter would produce 100 inches of snow, and this is the first time
in 5 years that it seems likely to do so. I think there has already been
about 4 feet so far this year.
