Not FAIR! I am in SE Wisconsin and our past ugly hot summer fried my Dr.Ruppel to a crisp - literally! It was under a bush climbing a trellis up my cream brick home - way too hot for it apparently.

Of course, the year before it's one and only bloom came out on December 5th! I don't think clematis and I were meant to be together.
