Fragrant Rose

Jim,

I find 'Fragrant Rose' to be more fragrant when it warms up a bit in the
morning but loses something later in the afternoon. And on any day above
80' it loses everything.

There is another, older, variety called 'Arctic Char' that has a similar
fragrance, perhaps even stronger. I put one stem of this variety in my
guest room one morning in a west facing window. That afternoon, after
the sun had hit it for awhile, the room was entirely perfumed, not
overwhelming, just lovely.

Have those who have grown it noticed any difference in
fragrance strength as ambient temperature varies (more
on a sunny 'warm' day vs. cold) or morning vs. evening ?
