I am glad somone posted this, as I did not get back on computer right away.
Ann Lovejoy says something like "If you're not out there killing plants,
you're not really learning about gardening." That is to say, plant death is
often the result of daring to try the new and unusual. I have quite a
jarful of tags of plants (almost all tiny expensive mail order ones) that
did not make it..
