I did find it in Rix/Phillips Conservatory which is sold in this country
under the title of Houseplants, I think. There are three species illustrated
with the huge flower, all striking. One is fifty meters into trees. How
exactly did you get the cutting?! I would say there is a lot of skill
involved in bringing your plant into bloom and keeping it to a Wisconsin
size. A wonderful winter treat.
BTW, Rix/Phillips in two volumes might be passed by because you think it not
directly for houseplant growers. The original title more accurately intended
this book for houses and conservatories which are more common in Europe.
Americans have not yet accepted that a part of their living space could be
planned for plants plus we'd have to allow that we have some extreme climate
conditions when doing this planning.
