resources for Florida gardening

Hello all,
My sister-in-law just moved into a new development in Florida near Daytona.
She has a clean slate to work with, but has never gardened before.  Can you
recommend some good books to get her started?  I am hoping for something
specific to southern/tropical gardening.  Because I've always lived in the
northeast, I've always ignored books and articles on that subject.
