You put the seeds on the water bed or an old
water bed heater?
I live in the Pacific Northwest, Oregon, east of
Portland. We were snowed/iced in for three
days, pretty unusual here and our puny 1 foot
of snow you would probably laugh at, but it
stops the world around here because they don't
have the equipment to deal with cleaning roads,
etc.
