My mother-in-law, who is a hairdresser, says she gives away cut hair all the
time to people interested in repelling deer.
Find a hairdresser or barber who won't think you're nuts and ask them. It's
cheap and cuts down on their amounts of garbage (lets all recycle and reuse!)
