Oh, there are so many!

How about the fat pink English rose, Kathryrn
Morley, with the airy annual verbena
bonariensis (tall, airy, dark purple);

or the shrubby, beautiful Musk rose Prosperity
(white) with Nanho Blue buddlea;

or one of my favorite new things to do:
backlighting. Moonfire (red maple) backlit by
the western, descending sun, underplanted with
nicotiana alta (white, fragrant at dusk/night), so
the white is shining and the red is glowing...
mmmmm;

an accident, when new at gardening: Just Joey
rose (deep peach) with white Shasta daisies and
electric blue 5' delphinium;

or the 40' pink climatis montana grown
horizontally on a fence, with a backdrop of my
25' purple leafed plum and a spring-blue sky.

and finally 'Moonshine' yarrow with 'Six Hills
Wonder'(??) nepeta (blue) or 'Moonshine' with
linum (blue flax).

Couldn't you just go on and on? Can't wait to
hear from others. The only problem is, this is
like being on a diet and going to the bakery
(with it being winter and all!).

For mine is just a little old-fashioned garden
where the flowers come together to praise the
Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.  Celia Thaxter 1835-1894.
