The one thing to remember about mushroom
compost vs. yard debris compost is that mushroom
is alkaline, I believe. I live in an acidic area and
most of my soil is acidic, but I also grow things that
like that. So I only add the mushroom compost
every few years, and more thinly then yard debris
compost. I also add it in planting holes for new
plants (especially climatis).
