Here in Oregon you can buy it in bags from any
local nursery or variety store, but also get it in bulk
from the people who sell wood chips, firewood,
yard compost, etc.
It is about half again as expensive as yard debris
compost, though, anyother reason to parcel is out
carefully. Bill is right, it is "magic," but magic,
unfortunately, costs!
