Len, a trufle is some kind of fungus and is only found in France and I think
they use pigs to help sniff them out. They are something very gourmet and I
have never had them. Martha Stewart has used them on her show and I watched
another cooking show where they were used. They flavored mashed potatoes with
them. I don't think you eat them plain. I think they are used as a flavoring.
