I have never had any problem with the plants I have purchased at the discount
stores. Plus they have some mighty good bargains sometimes too. Not to say
there is not a place for you're local nursery and the mailorder businesses
too. It's nice to have several options on where to shop. As you can imagine I
have bought most of the things I have from discount places. I'm sure as I
mature as a gardener I will utilize the mailorder business, however in this
stage of the game I do not have all of the common plants yet that I want so
for me personally the discount places are the best bet for me. I do have many
good nurseries in my area and always check them out thru out the summer.
