Have you ever tried to get an answer to a question at a discount chain. 
They are really good at answering growing instruction questions! I have 
also noticed that their care of the plants is kind of hit an miss, 
although sometimes it can be really good.

Of course this is why we call them discounters, it is kind of a trade off 
I guess.

Personally I like to be able to ask questions. I guess I just like to 
know the people taking care of the plants are people like us who really 
care. I am willing to pay more for service and the personal touch. I like 
to be able to talk with the people raising my plants even if it is by 
phone or email. There I said my say. sorry to get off on this.
