Yes, Michigan Bulb is a sister company to The Garden Store. There's

Nothing too flattering listed there, and as one person points out:
"I searched the very large colored envelope and very, very small in the
upper left hand corner the Michigan Bulb Co. address was printed, with
the Grand Rapids, MI address. I think this is extremely deceiving.
It seems that many of us are aware of the extremely poor quality
plants that are received from Mich. Bulb."
