I have a "Snowball Bush" I want to relocate it. should I do that
now, and if so where is the best location shade, p.shade, or full sun?
we are having some beautiful weather here in NE Mississippi. it was 74*
today and looks like it will be plesant for awhile, however we still
have the months of Feb. and March to deal with. I'm not sure that I
should move it right now, but isn't Feb the month for new shrubs and
trees and of course Roses?
I am in need of some advice HELP
