Hi Janet -  I wonder what Zone you are in?  My Autum Joy here in the
Willamette Valley Z8 has not yet cone into color.  Since this is my
first year with this plant I wonder if I would still cut it back.  It
seems more reasonable to wait 'till after it blooms then cut back?
