yellow and blue

While we're on the subject, I have scads of absolutely yellow asiatic
lilies blooming now, and envision some very dark blue flowers mixed in
with them. I have some the right color that are shorter (veronica and
salvia superba) but want some of similar height so the flowers will be at
the same level. I thought of buddleia but there's not enough room. Does
anchusa bloom too early? Do any of you have 4-5 foot, dark blue flowers
blooming with your asiatics?
